1) User Content & Rights

• You upload your own photo(s) and (optionally) audio. You confirm you have the right to use and upload this content.
• Do not upload content that infringes any third-party rights (portrait rights, copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.).

2) What We Do

• We only apply cinematic lighting / visual style design and generate a short video based on your inputs.
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos.

3) Prohibited Use

• No illegal, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive use.
• No impersonation, harassment, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4) Storage & Deletion

• Generated videos are kept for up to 24 hours to help you download them. After that, they may be automatically deleted.
• You may delete your generated video sooner when the system provides the option.

5) Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact likeness, aesthetics, or output stability).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
